The Greater Victoria School District is in the process of reviewing school boundaries due to increasing student enrolment and limited space in some of its schools. It has been almost 20 years since the district last reviewed school catchments.
The district is sharing a new proposal with additional changes after hearing from the community during phase two of public consultation. The district is seeking input on specific issues related to individual school changes, in the third phase of consultation.
The district will host a meeting on Wednesday, May 8th between 7:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m. in the school’s gymnasium to invite input on the new proposed plan. This is an opportunity for the district to hear from parents and guardians about specific neighbourhood and school considerations that may affect your family.
